When, just before New Year’s Eve, a young couple from Singapore asked me for an engagement shoot, it was, of course, a wonderful way to wrap up a busy wedding season. They were actually just passing through and happened to come across some of my photos of the Gaisberg on instagram. That’s when they came up with the idea to take a few really special keepsake photos home for themselves.
The two of them are such an incredibly sweet couple, madly in love, a little bit crazy, and incredibly likeable. On the day we scheduled the shoot, the temperatures were fairly mild, and even the sun came out in the evening. We were thus treated to a beautiful sunset and a breathtaking view over Salzburg. My photographer’s heart couldn’t wish for more.
As a wedding photographer in Salzburg, there’s nothing more beautiful for me than capturing such special moments. An engagement shoot is the perfect way to create unique memories, whether as a preparation for the wedding or simply as a declaration of love for your journey together.
